Durant's Newest Small RV Community

Gru Bee's EZ-Bee RV Park is a brand-new, thoughtfully designed community built specifically for retirees and those seeking peaceful, long-term RV living. With only 7 private sites, you'll enjoy a quiet neighborhood atmosphere where neighbors know each other by name.

Located just 800 feet outside the Durant city limits on Hwy 48, we are minutes from Downtown Durant, Alliance Hospital, Dollar General, and Dixie Storage — with beautiful Lake Texoma just 20 minutes away.

The park opens for business on July 25th, 2026. We built this small park to be a quiet retirement village ideal for senior citizens on a seasonal or permanent basis. We have a tree-lined shaded creek walk planned, and we are close to all convenient amenities.

WiFi, Electric, Water and Sewage hookups are all included in monthly rent. Price on request.
